WHAT IS TBISN?

Tampa Bay Immigrant Solidarity Network is a coalition of community organizers who are determined to defend immigrant rights in the Tampa Bay area. 

As TBISN, we have organized a multitude of actions like press conferences, protests, vigils and fundraising drives for ICE victims like Heydi Sanchez Tejeda, Rosa Patishtan-Gomez and Maria "Lulu" Martinez. 

For our End 287(g) campaign we have mobilized around 130 volunteers to our meetings, sent over 500 emails to the Mayors and Chiefs, and brought awareness to thousands of people through our social media. We have held in-person education and canvassing events in St. Petersburg, and are planning upcoming events in Gulfport, Pinellas Park, and Clearwater in early 2026. 

We believe that only the people united can defend immigrant rights!
